Bars are taken from the ground. Add 5 burpees to each round’s total every time you put the bar down on the ground in the midst of a set i.e. if you are on round three and finish 15 squats but have to put the bar down before completing your last five, you owe 25 burpees (20 + 5 penalty reps).
