Have you been a CrossFitter or weightlifter looking for a new place to train? Have you recently relocated to the Twin Cities? Could it be that you are looking for something more that your current gym isn’t providing? Or have you been doing CrossFit for a while now but have yet to join a CrossFit box?

Whatever the case, we’re so excited you’ve decided to give us a try. We love having experienced folks like you join our community.

At CrossFit Mendota, we go out of our way as coaches to help you with your short-term and lifelong goals. Our tiered baseline testing protocol is implemented into our programming so we can keep tabs on your progress as well as tailor our program to YOU. We check in with our athletes regularly to asses their overall experience, training, and progress. Our specialty programs like Gainz Club, {CrossFit + Yoga} and CF Boot Camp provide plenty of opportunities for our athletes to branch out.

Get Your Free Introductory Session

We start everyone off with a complimentary 60 minute intro session. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if CrossFit Mendota will be your best path to success. During your FREE intro session we will:

  • Get to know you, what motivates you, and what your current fitness challenges are
  • Give you a tour of the Twin Cities’ best functional fitness training facility
  • Provide an overview of our unique training methodology and class options
  • Determine if CrossFit Mendota will be the best fit to get you where you want to go!

After Your Intro Session

After your intro session, we want you to attend a class, on us. You will have full access to our class schedule which can be found by clicking here. Our coaches cover the fundamentals of every movement, every class. Safety and quality movement are our #1 focus. It doesn’t matter whether you are 2 weeks into CrossFit or 2 years, the workouts will always be scalable to your ability level. Our coaches use their experience and movement hierarchies like this one so that everyone receives the attention they deserve and the workout they need. If you’re ready to get started, we’ll set up your membership following your first class.
