+What if I'm not in shape?
Doesn’t matter! That’s what we are here for. Crossfit is for all fitness levels – from former NCAA D1 athletes to soccer moms. We will scale the workouts appropriately for every individual.
+Is there a prerequisite level of fitness before becoming a CrossFit athlete?
Nope, athletes of all fitness levels can do CrossFit. Every workout we do is scalable to each individual athlete. As your fitness and skill level progresses we will progress the intensity in your workouts.
+How do I sign up for classes?
Call 651-237-5989 or email info@crossfitmendota.com to sign up for a free introductory 1-on-1 session or sign up for our Foundations Program. Once you are an active member you can attend any of our scheduled classes.

+Where is Crossfit Mendota located?
We are located at 2535 Pilot Knob Road, Suite 122, Mendota Heights, MN 55102. A map and directions can be found here. Our facility is tucked into the corner of the Pilot Knob Service Center. It is a 4,300 square foot facility dedicated solely to CrossFit and strength and conditioning.
+What is a WOD?
WOD is the Workout of the Day. This is our primary group training class held multiple times each day.
+How do I try CrossFit out?
Contact us to talk to a coach about scheduling a free introductory session.
+What if I'm just visiting?
If you are coming from outside of the Mendota Heights area you are more than welcome to join us for a workout. All we ask is that you give us a heads up at least a day in advance so that we know you are coming.
+Do the Free Intro classes count toward my 2x/week or 3x/week membership?
If you are a current member, you are welcomed to come with you friend to their free introductory session. However, attending the free workout will count as a class visit.
+I have/had an injury. Can I still do Crossfit?
Yes you can. We can accommodate for any past injuries by adjusting the workouts appropriately. We will discuss your injury history prior to beginning your fitness program.
+Do you offer discounted membership to full-time students, military, police officers, and firefighters?
We offer discounted rates to all four of these communities, please bring identification showing your affiliation when beginning training with us.
+Do you have showers?
Yes. We have two bathrooms and one shower.
+How much does it cost?
All of our membership options are month-to-month and we don’t require contracts.
Ongoing classes range from $10-15 per session depending on how many visits per month you choose to train with us – 8x per month, 12x per month, 16x per month or unlimited visits.
