Our athletes are like cars. Awesome, bad ass cars for sure, but ones that sometimes need to go into the shop, get their tires changes, get a new paint job, and upgrade some of the engine parts. Driving out of the shop – the car will feel like a brand new, almost different and better car altogether. That’s what Gainz Club is all about. It’s an 8 week upgrade to your engine, a la learning, strengthening, and becoming more proficient at the Olympic Lifts. Gainz Club meets 2x/week. We know there are a TON of benefits to your overall health and fitness by learning and becoming proficient at the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. At the very least, wouldn’t it be nice to move smoothly and gracefully through barbell WODs like Isabel or Grace?
