My Crossfit Story: I have always been a runner and would lift to only help that, it was never really about getting stronger. Honestly, I had never even heard of Crossfit, but I wanted something more after a hard year of racing. I ended up joining CFM’s six week challenge for fun, and I had no idea it would lead me to becoming a coach! I get so much joy from coaching our members and seeing them meet these milestones in their lives! There is no better feeling than being there to support them!
