My CrossFit Story: I started doing CrossFit purely to become stronger. I didn’t grow up particularly athletic so most of the aspects of CrossFit were very difficult for me to learn, which is exactly what kept me coming back. Learning new skills, becoming stronger, and seeing myself improve in movements I never thought I could do has always been my reason for sticking with CrossFit. That mentality has driven my coaching – I coach to help people see their potential, move better and get stronger to increase their quality of life.
