Free Introductory Session
The first step to becoming a member of our gym is to schedule a free Intro Workout. During the Intro session we’ll give you a tour of the gym, get to know you and your goals, walk you through our proven process to get you there, and at end the session you’ll do a baseline CrossFit workout. Plan on being here about an hour. The Intro sessions are available by appointment only, so schedule your session today. You must call or email us in order to schedule your appointment.
